North Yarmouth is having O'Donnell Associates recreate the Town's current digital tax maps. The old tax maps are all at a scale of 1" = 500'. The new maps will be at a scale of 1" = 100'. The new tax maps will vastly improve the usefulness of the tax maps. The project will also provide an up to date digital base map that will allow the Town to bring together and manage what have been individual mapping efforts.

The Town of Poland has authorized funding for digital mapping and the beginnings of a geographic information system. O'Donnell & Associates will compile materials from individual short term digital mapping efforts as well as existing paper maps. The project will produce the basic building blocks necessary for digital mapping and a geographic information system. The new mapping system will serve as a base for all the Town's departmental mapping needs.

Faced with a labor shortage in the Assessing Office City Manager Glenn Aho and Assessor Renee LaChapelle have a creative solution. Auburn has approximately 1100 taxpayer lists to process. O'Donnell & Associates has experienced assessing staff. The company will assist the City with taxpayer list processing in 2010.
