Hartford, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell & Associates for a 2017 revaluation. Hartford has been an O’Donnell client since 1978. The revaluation will be completed with O’Donnell Cama, the company’s Maine based assessing software. O’Donnell & Associates completed previous Hartford revaluations in 1993 and 2005.
Matt Berube passed the CMA Exam at the Maine Revenue Services Property Tax School held in Belfast in August. Son of Denis Berube, he is the second Certified Maine Assessor in his family, and one of five CMA’s at O’Donnell & Associates.
Central Maine Community College hasn’t had a tax assessment program for a long time but it is still a good place to find talent and skills.
