The Porter Board of Selectmen did their homework. After a lengthy search and thorough interview process the Board chose O’Donnell Associates for their revaluation. The project will utilize O’Donnell Cama tax assessment software. The revaluation starts now and will finish up in Summer 2016.

The result: a three year contract with O’Donnell Associates for tax assessing services. Farmington projects a savings of $45,000 per year in the assessing budget.
Wilton, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell Associates for an April 1, 2016 revaluation. The revaluation program utilizes O’Donnell’s Maine assessing software. The new assessed values will be implemented in the FY 2016-2017 fiscal year.

Minot property information is now on the O’Donnell & Associates website. Minot recognizes the importance of making government information open and easy to access. Sharing assessing information is a good way to show that the Town operates openly.
Boothbay has digital maps but the maps are many years out of date. The Town is contracting with O’Donnell & Associates to get caught up. The Boothbay digital mapping project will benefit Boothbay property owners and Town Departments like public safety, code enforcement, planning, public works, and assessing.
