2017 Revaluation for Sweden

Wayne joined O’Donnell & Associates in September. After retiring from the U.S. Forestry Service, he has a lot to offer. Wayne will focus on paper to digital mapping conversions and the ongoing maintenance of Geographic Information Systems.

Hartford, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell & Associates for a 2017 revaluation. Hartford has been an O’Donnell client since 1978. The revaluation will be completed with O’Donnell Cama, the company’s Maine based assessing software. O’Donnell & Associates completed previous Hartford revaluations in 1993 and 2005.
Matt Berube passed the CMA Exam at the Maine Revenue Services Property Tax School held in Belfast in August. Son of Denis Berube, he is the second Certified Maine Assessor in his family, and one of five CMA’s at O’Donnell & Associates.

The Porter Board of Selectmen did their homework. After a lengthy search and thorough interview process the Board chose O’Donnell Associates for their revaluation. The project will utilize O’Donnell Cama tax assessment software. The revaluation starts now and will finish up in Summer 2016.
