Our site has multiple search options. If you have the map and lot number, use the MAP/LOT tab. The OWNER INFO tab has a drop down list of owners, and the option of typing in a Trio Account Number. The STREET tab also has a drop down list, making it easier to find the street

It is time for annual assessing field work. Over the next few months, our field folks will visit properties in the 38 towns we serve. Each person has a company ID & town letter. If you have questions, please contact your town office, or give us a call at 207-926-4044.

O’Donnell & Associates are pleased to launch our new website.  Many thanks to the developer, Neil Arnold, of Northeast Media Collective, for the sharp new look and behind the scenes data management.

But it is not quite Spring yet.  Our assessors are in the field in several towns.  They always let the town office know when they are in town doing field work.

A complete, town-wide revaluation is underway in Wales.  O’Donnell & Associates staff are in the field collecting data.  The project will continue from now until the fall.
