With long time assessor Mark Caldwell retiring, Farmington considered alternatives to a full time position. The Town solicited proposals and conducted a thorough interview process. The result: a three year contract with O’Donnell Associates for tax assessing services. Farmington projects a savings of $45,000 per year in the assessing budget.
