The Porter Board of Selectmen did their homework. After a lengthy search and thorough interview process the Board chose O’Donnell Associates for their revaluation. The project will utilize O’Donnell Cama tax assessment software. The revaluation starts now and will finish up in Summer 2016.

With long time assessor Mark Caldwell retiring, Farmington considered alternatives to a full time position. The Town solicited proposals and conducted a thorough interview process. The result: a three year contract with O’Donnell Associates for tax assessing services. Farmington projects a savings of $45,000 per year in the assessing budget.
Wilton, Maine has contracted with O’Donnell Associates for an April 1, 2016 revaluation. The revaluation program utilizes O’Donnell’s Maine assessing software. The new assessed values will be implemented in the FY 2016-2017 fiscal year.
