The Porter Board of Selectmen did their homework. After a lengthy search and thorough interview process the Board chose O’Donnell Associates for their revaluation. The project will utilize O’Donnell Cama tax assessment software. The revaluation starts now and will finish up in Summer 2016.

Temple will conduct the Town’s first ever revaluation in 2013. O’Donnell & Associates will visit all Temple properties to establish new assessed values. The revaluation will utilize O’Donnell’s computer assisted Maine assessing software.
