But it is not quite Spring yet.  Our assessors are in the field in several towns.  They always let the town office know when they are in town doing field work.

A complete, town-wide revaluation is underway in Wales.  O’Donnell & Associates staff are in the field collecting data.  The project will continue from now until the fall.

Fall foliage season is almost over, but there are still some nice days for assessing field work.

John “Jack” O’Donnell celebrated his 103rd birthday at his home with family & friends.

O’Donnell & Associates is conducting its 4th revaluation program for the Town of Sumner. Fieldwork begins this week and the project will be delivered in September 2024.

Five of our assessors are attending classes at the 76th Annual Maine Property Tax School.
