On September 16th, Jack O’Donnell celebrated his 100th birthday. In keeping with the times, he connected with some relatives remotely & enjoyed a socially distant caravan of well-wishers.

O’Donnell & Associates has worked with Sebago for thirty-two years and has tracked the pressure on values in this beautiful Cumberland County town. A complete 2021 revaluation will bring assessed values up-to-date.
Stow has been an O’Donnell & Associates client for 16 years. The town knew it wanted a revaluation as soon as it could get on the schedule. It is our next project.
Annual assessing visits to properties have resumed in certain towns. We always let the town office staff know when we are working in a town.
