Congratulations at the 10 year mark
Matt Berube was recently recognized for 10 years at O’Donnell & Associates. He was given a doorbell camera system, which is a bit of an insider’s joke given how much time assessors spend in the field talking to doorbells.

Not everyone makes it to 105!
Over 40 people recently gathered to help celebrate Jack O’Donnell’s 105th Birthday. It was the first 105th birthday for all in attendance. The man of the hour enjoyed well-wishes, presents, cake, and a Red Sox win over the Yankees. A memorable day.

From the Archives: “Assessors Save Lives”
Post from November 2018: A woman from Boothbay called to thank the two assessors who came to her house and saved her life. They arrived while she was having a heart attack and called 911 on her behalf. She is well today and grateful. During two other field visits this season (in Acton & Greene),

Temple set for 2025 Revaluation
The Town of Temple has contracted with O’Donnell & Associates for their second revaluation in O’Donnell’s CAMA Software. The first program was completed in 2013.

Spring is the time for field work
We see green grass everywhere we go to conduct annual assessing site visits. We always check in with the town office before visiting properties.
